Digitalization Officer/Digitalization Manager in Production (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Digitalization in Production Officer ( m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Start: immediately

• Drive digitalization in manufacturing and assembly and develop solutions in coordination with IT and production
• Coordination and bundling of digitization requests from production to implement a holistic concept in the strategic context of the company
• Analysis of manufacturing and assembly processes and derivation of optimization measures through digitization
• Management of digitization projects in the area of manufacturing and assembly, including
• Definition of the specifications
• Support of interfaces during implementation
• Consulting and training of interfaces and users during implementation
• Documentation of projects
• Further development of existing systems and solutions for efficient collaboration without media discontinuity
• Ensuring user-friendliness and compatibility of digitization solutions
• Contact person as product owner for various production and assembly-related systems

• Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in manufacturing/digitalization technology or industrial engineering or a comparable degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the production environment, focus on machining technology and assembly desirable
• Several years of experience in project management - experience in the implementation of elementary software solutions in production is desirable
• Good written and spoken German
• Innovative spirit and openness to change or digitalization in combination with assertiveness
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and independent working style
• Abilityto work in a team, communication skills and willingness to pass on knowledge
