Intensive training days and inspiring exchange

The EWS Sales Days offered participants a unique opportunity to expand their expertise and share valuable experiences. In a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere, current business developments and challenges were discussed while innovative strategies were presented. Experts conducted training sessions and interactive workshops to provide participants with a wide range of training formats that imparted valuable knowledge about products, services and the latest technological developments.

Technology close up

A special highlight of the event was a company tour, during which the complex development and creation of a Varia VX tool was revealed. From construction to finished production, individual components and production processes were illustrated. Participants were able to discover fascinating details of the tool and understand how each individual component is integrated into the overall system.

Teamwork in focus

To promote collaboration and team spirit, interactive workshops were held, one of which was an exciting Spaghetti Challenge. Through effective teamwork, the continuous exchange of ideas and the integration of different skills, the participants not only successfully mastered the challenges of the Spaghetti Challenge, but also demonstrated their ability to work together to overcome obstacles in everyday work.

Speeding up together

In addition to the productive training blocks, the Sales Days also offered participants the opportunity to strengthen their relationships and make new contacts while participating in team-building activities and dinners together. Especially go-karting generated enthusiasm, where participants demonstrated their racing skills and strengthened team spirit.

The EWS Sales Days were thus not only a platform for knowledge exchange, but also a driver for collaboration and growth. The high level of commitment and enthusiasm of the participants helped to make this event a success and will have a lasting effect on future collaboration.
